Cores: Intel i7-2620M

AMD Radeon / ATI graphics
HBSD root size: 37.5GiB

Reproductions:
1. Install HardenedBSD 13-ALPHA
2. By having done fresh installing the system, try to install Xorg minimal and KDE Plasma 5 (or XFCE, if neither, your favourite desktop)
3. Try to restart SDDM service, `doas service sddm restart`
4. If failed, try to manually start SDDM, `doas sddm`
5. If failed again, try to run `startx`, with your favourite desktop set in `/home/$YOURNAME/.xinitrc`
6. Look at the bugs reported to `ld-elf` by some libraries
7. Try to perform a binary ports upgrade for a few days later
8. If not failed, you’re well done!
9. If still failed, recurse steps 6 and 7 until well donehttps://git.hardenedbsd.org/hardenedbsd/hardenedbsd-ports/-/issues/20textproc/hs-pandoc: No package available (-fPIC issues?)2021-02-12T17:03:28ZShawn Webbtextproc/hs-pandoc: No package available (-fPIC issues?)*Created by: xmj*

Moin,
I was trying to install pandoc (`textproc/hs-pandoc`) from ports and am noticing that there isn't a package for it, and when building it from ports, its dependency `devel/hs-cabal-install` fails with what seems to be -fPIC issues.
This is seen on the HBSD ci infra too:
http://ci-03.md.hardenedbsd.org/data/hardenedbsd-current_amd64-local/2021-02-05_11h21m14s/logs/errors/hs-cabal-install-3.2.0.0_1.log
Disabling PIE in both ports seems to let me get a package.
Best,

On the `pkg` repoes searching, I do NOT see anything Krita related at all, for myself Krita has **a few** exclusive features those are an little different at GIMP
NOT porting Scribus is less problematic which we have Karbon from the Calligra suites as our replacement
And as for Trinity (TDE), **their** official portals has stated that their FreeBSD support is _incomplete_ and _yet to alpha_, and please liaise with them with, "a few certain ppl running certain FreeBSD distroes" are **long await** for the Trinity (TDE) support.https://git.hardenedbsd.org/hardenedbsd/hardenedbsd-ports/-/issues/5[CURRENT] KDE connect not connecting2020-12-22T23:30:32ZShawn Webb[CURRENT] KDE connect not connecting*Created by: hd_scania*

I wanted to install gitea and was surprised that it was not in the official package repo. Even though the project uses gitea for its main source repo (although on older version). I tried to build it myself using poudriere, but failed.
First the build exited with ``flag provided but not defined: -pie``. Thus, I de-selected PIE for this port. It then exited with ``flag provided but not defined: -Wl,-z,relro``.
Is there a way to disable all these flags that go/gitea does not know?Shawn WebbShawn Webb
