HBSD: Remove support for Intel Software Guard Extensions (Intel SGX).

Loic requested to merge loic/HardenedBSD:remove_sgx into hardened/current/master 
Intel has removed support for Software Guard Extension.
The SGX is listed as a deprecated technology, It is better to
remove its support in HardenedBSD.
