HBSD: Disable JIT for net-im/signal-desktop

Mr. UNIX requested to merge mrunix/ports:mrunix-hardenedbsd/main-patch-48137 into hardenedbsd/main

I disabled for net-im/signal-desktop by adding the flag --js-flags=--jitless so it could run with MPROTECT enabled However, this flag is added to signal-desktop.desktop, so if the user tries to launch it from the terminal or dmenu he'll have to add that flag manually
