HBSD: Disable Java support in editors/libreoffice

Loic requested to merge loic/ports:libreoffice_without_java into hardenedbsd/main 
There is not really much point in adding Java support in LibreOffice.
Remove Java support reduce the construction dependencies and the attack surface.

In addition, we have not had any reports of user concerns with the commit 5d61fcf1
("HBSD: Disable Java support in editors/libreoffice for 14-CURRENT builds")
